Christos Parlapanis - Assistant General Manager

With over 13 years of F&B industry experience, Christos joins the BAKALAKI family as Assistant General Manager. Hailing all the way from Athens in Greece, he has worked in several restaurants in mainland Greece as well as experienced the charming flair of the Mediterranean islands. Before joining BAKALAKI Greek Taverna, Christos has lived in Singapore for five years, working in the F&B industry. His managerial experience stretches from Greece to Singapore and has influenced his passion for all things ‘Greek’, driving his enthusiasm to bring the Eastern Mediterranean to Southeast Asia.     

At BAKALAKI you will see Christos assisting with operations, managing staff, and more often than not, recommending his favourite Greek flavours and cocktails behind the bar. Outside of BAKALAKI, you will find Christos on the soccer pitch, out running or socialising with friends.
