Growing up on Greece’s sunny Santorini, a popular island for holidaymakers, George was born into the culinary world. From a young age onwards, George has worked in restaurants and bars across the world. Starting his career in his father's local restaurant, he has worked at Singapore’s prestigious Raffles Hotel as well as managed sought-after restaurants, such as the Hard Rock Cafe and Blu Kouzina.
George joins the BAKALAKI family as General Manager, bringing with him a lifetime of experience. His job is to ensure BAKALAKI has an authentic Greek feeling, including a warm Mediterranean greeting, cultural heritage, and rich flavours - creating the essence of BAKALAKI. When not working, you will find George spending time with family and friends.
